We were tasked to replace the original Grundfos booster set that was showing signs of age and wear, costing more that in was saving.
To save time and costs, we designed a set that could utilise the existing concrete pad and suction manifold and improve the delivery side for servicing and isolation.
Using KGN’s fabrication facility, we had a modified skid designed to suit the pipework height and a special delivery manifold to be fabricated to allow the new set to be as compact as possible.
This pump provides water to over 100 apartments and we were called when the building maintenance manager noticed water leaking from the base of the pumps.
We were notified of water leaking from the cold water booster set, upon arrival we found water flowing from the base of the pump.
Designed and fitted a custom irrigation system for an agricultural client, boosting crop yields through optimised water distribution.
